Returns:
Returning with Vince & Nancy is straightforward and hassle-free. If you need to return an item, simply email us at support@thevn.store or call/WhatsApp us at 1800 889 1936, and let us know your concern. We will arrange for our shipping partner to pick up the original Vince & Nancy garment at a scheduled time.
Conditions for Returns:
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the item to our warehouse at your own cost.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned shipment at our warehouse, we will initiate a full refund within 6-7 business days.
Refund Conditions:
We accept returns for a maximum of 2 shirts. For returns of more than 2 shirts, you must ship the items to our warehouse at your own cost. We will provide store credit coupons instead of refunds for returns of more than 2 shirts.
For online payments, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 6-7 business days after we receive your return.
For cash on delivery payments, please provide your bank account number, bank name, IFSC code, or UPI-ID for a refund via NEFT, IMPS, or UPI-ID within 6-7 business days.
Refunds will be processed only after the parcel is dispatched, delivered, and the reverse pickup is completed.
Exchanges:
Once the return shipment is picked up from your location, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse.
Exchange Conditions:
We offer a one-time exchange or refund policy. Subsequent requests will not be accommodated.
If your desired exchange item is unavailable, you will need to select an alternative shirt.
You may also send the package back to us at your own cost if reverse pickup service is not available in your location.
Note:
You can also ship the return package to us yourself if reverse pickup is unavailable by our courier partner.
